The Buchtel boys' basketball State semi-final tickets will be on sale at Buchtel through today, Wednesday, from 3-6 p.m. All tickets are reserved and cost $15. The ticket is good for the Thursday, March 21, 6 p.m. game (Columbus South vs. Sheridan) and the Buchtel game vs. Trotwood-Madison at 8 p.m. Good luck, Buchtel Griffs!

The Buchtel Griffins are headed back to the boys basketball state tournament.

After defeating Cleveland Villa Angela-St. Joseph in the Division II regional championship game at Canton Memorial Civic Center last week, they head for Columbus to play Trotwood-Madison at 8 p.m. Thursday in Columbus. Today, three of the players Chris and Cordell Livingston and Noah Peeples, who all attend National Inventors Hall of Fame STEM High School downtown, were recognized by their classmates with commemorative posters congratulating them on their achievement.

As STEM High School has no basketball team, the trio's neighborhood APS school (where they would attend if not at the APS STEM school) is Buchtel CLC.

Go, Griffs!
