National Voter Registration Day

Image of NVRD LogoThe Summit County National Voter Registration Day is September 22. This is an effort to register as many eligible voters as possible ahead of the registration deadlines. Nineteen libraries across Summit County will hold drive-through and walk-up events. Ohioans can register to vote, verify/update existing registrations, request an Absentee Ballot, complete the Census, and learn about the election process. The hours are noon-2 p.m.and 4-7 p.m. at libraries in Akron (main)*, Barberton*, Cuyahoga Falls, Ellet, Firestone Park, Goodyear*, Green, Highland Square*, Hudson*, Maple Valley, Nordonia Hills, Northwest Akron, Norton, Odom, Portage Lakes, Richfield, Stow-Munroe Falls*, Tallmadge and Twinsburg.
