Licensed Educators with National Board Certification
Ohio Senate Bill
2 directed the Educator Standards Board (ESB) to define master teacher in a manner that can be used uniformly by all districts and to adopt
criteria to use in determining whether a person is a master
teacher. If
you are National Board Certificated, you may be well on your way to
earning this designation. If you are currently National Board Certified,
contact
Jeff Moats,
Bernie Burchett, or
Patty Tschantz by Friday, September 5, 2008. You must also
submit a copy of your “active” certificate.
Learn more about the
Master Teacher designation at the ODE Web site.
